During June we completed an order for Mondi SCP, a.s.. We replaced way of operating at 12 pieces of penstock valves in sizes DN 1000 and DN 1600 in Hrboltová WWTP in Slovakia.
This order was a part of the complex modernization of WWTP where manual operating of valves has been replaced by electric operating.
First our workers removed the manual gearboxes from 8 pieces of DN1000 penstocks and 4 pieces of DN1600 penstocks, then they put new gearboxes on them and electric actuators with the required power for stroke of gates
Thanks to the modernization it´s possible to operate the valves remotely from one control center.
